Team Timesheet & Missing Worklogs for Jira (Atlassian Forge app) · Effective 14 October 2026

Short version

The app runs entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform. It reads worklogs from your Jira site to show them to you, has no external servers, and sends no data outside Atlassian. We, the vendor, cannot see your data.

What the app reads

When someone opens the app, it reads, on behalf of that person and with their Jira permissions: issues that have worklogs in the selected period (key, summary, project, parent) and their worklogs (author, date, time spent, comment). People see only the worklogs they can already see in Jira. The app also reads basic user profiles (display name) to let you search people for "My team". The app never creates, changes or deletes anything in Jira.

What the app stores

Only what a person explicitly saves: their "My team" list (Atlassian account IDs and display names) and their saved views (name, period, JQL filter, daily norm). This is kept in Forge app storage, which is hosted by Atlassian, and is visible only to the person who saved it. Worklogs and reports are not stored — they are read each time the app opens.

Where data goes

Nowhere outside Atlassian. The app declares no external network access (egress), uses no analytics or tracking, and has no vendor-side database. CSV files you download are created in your browser.

Removing data

Uninstalling the app removes its Forge storage according to Atlassian's data retention for Forge apps. A person can clear their own team and views at any time in the app.

Sub-processors

Atlassian, as the Forge platform provider. See Atlassian's Privacy Policy.
