Team Timesheet & Missing Worklogs for Jira
A team timesheet built from the worklogs already in Jira. No timer, no setup, no external servers.
Getting started
- Install the app from the Atlassian Marketplace.
- Open Apps → Team Timesheet in Jira. Your team's time for this week is already there — including everything logged before you installed.
- Pick Last week or Last month. Red cells are past workdays below the daily norm.
Features
Timesheet. People down the side, days across the top, totals and missing hours for each person. Click a cell to see the issues and worklog comments behind it.
My team. Add people (or "Add all active users") so that everyone appears — even those who logged nothing. Your list is private to you.
Breakdown. Time as a tree: project › parent › issue, person › project › issue, and more, with shares at every level.
JQL filter. Narrow the report, for example project = ABC. While a filter is applied, missing time is not shown, because people may have logged the rest of their day elsewhere.
Saved views. Save a period, filter and norm under a name and reopen it in one click.
Dashboard gadget. Add Missing time — Team Timesheet to any dashboard to see who hasn't logged their hours this week or last week.
CSV export. Download the timesheet, raw worklogs or the breakdown for Excel or billing.
FAQ
Does it change my worklogs? No. The app is read-only and only reads data you can already see in Jira.
Which day does a worklog count for? The date it was started, in the author's time zone — the same date the author sees in Jira.
Someone shows as "Unknown user". Those worklogs have no author in Jira, which can happen after migrations or imports.
Where is my data? Inside Atlassian. See the Privacy Policy.
