Terms of Use (EULA)

Team Timesheet & Missing Worklogs for Jira · Effective 14 October 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Team Timesheet & Missing Worklogs for Jira ("the app"), provided by Appaq Labs ("we"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. Purchases through the Atlassian Marketplace are also subject to the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on the Jira sites for which you have a valid license (free or paid) for the number of users licensed. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute the app.

3. Your data

Your Jira data remains yours. The app processes it only to provide its features, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Fees

Paid tiers are billed by Atlassian through the Marketplace. Pricing, trials and refunds follow the Marketplace's policies.

5. Support

We provide support by email at support@appaq.dev on a best-effort basis, usually within two business days.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Reports are based on the worklogs in your Jira site; we are not responsible for decisions such as payroll or invoicing made from them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your license if you breach these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
